Founder & President

Engr. Arlan Escalante founded BuildLink Solutions to bridge a critical gap in the Mindanao construction landscape: the need for auxiliary systems that are engineered for compliance, not just installed. With a career defined by high-level operational leadership, Arlan brings a perspective that is rare among specialty contractors. Having served as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of A N Escalante Construction, Inc., he has overseen the successful delivery of major infrastructure and commercial projects across the region. This deep background in general construction allows him to understand the "big picture" of a development—ensuring that electronics and auxiliary systems integrate seamlessly with civil, structural, and architectural works without the typical friction between trades.

As a Professional Electronics Engineer (PECE) and a recognized leader within the Institute of Electronics Engineers of the Philippines (IECEP) Davao Chapter, Arlan ensures that every BuildLink project is backed by licensed authority. This dual-edge of large-scale operational experience and specialized technical design means that developers get a partner who understands both the boardroom’s need for efficiency and the site’s need for rigorous BFP and Building Code compliance.
